At Khalia we provide a full refund for returns logged within 3 working days after the day of receipt provided that the original packaging and the returned products have not been damaged and have not been used.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, products that have already been used by a customer can not be returned unless the return is due to clear quality or manufacturing defects.
